The first conference on risk management and engineering management was held in Toronto in 2007; after the conference, the committee also held a journal publication meeting in Toronto. The second conference on risk management and engineering management was held in Beijing in 2008; the committee also held the post-conference workshop on enterprise risk management in Wuhan. We are now very happy to hold the third conference on risk management and engineering management in Seoul in 2009. The conference aims to provide a forum for eminent researchers and practitioners working in various areas related to Risk Management and e-Business to gather together to report and exchange their latest works.
