Communications and Networks are the nerve system of Information Technology, and a dominating part of our daily lives. Web 2.0, Big Data, Social Networks, Mobile Devices, Smart Phones, Cloud Computing,and other disruptive technologies are seeing explosive growth of services to all user domains; public or private, military or government, educational or industry, healthcare or finance, science or entertainment. Quality of Service, Security, Interoperability, speedy access, and many other important requirements need to be studied, monitored, and predicted by techniques such as simulation; a proven technology that can save costs, time, and/or lives. CNS 2016 invites experts, researchers, developers, managers, and entrepreneurs of this dynamic field to publish and share original and unpublished findings with their peers in a forum dedicated to this field. CNS forum is eager to hear your success story and the challenges faced in the pursuit of advancing thefocused technology. CNS has a track record of 18 successful years in providing great feedback and discussions to the presented topics. CNS’16 will be even a more exciting forum and program.
