Information theory and coding techniques play a very important role in various aspects of wireless communications. The aim of this international forum is to foster fruitful interactions among leading information theorists, coding experts, signal and system designers, wireless communication experts, and communications practitioners. The topics of this forum include, but are not limited to, the following: new concepts and directions in information theory, coding and wireless communications; advances of coding and signal design for wireless communications and cloud storage; rapidly time-varying channel modeling, estimation and equalization; efficient modulation and detection techniques; coding and network capacity for high mobility wireless systems, interference utilization and capacity approaching techniques; relay, distributive massive multi-antenna and cooperative techniques, etc. On behalf of organizing committee, all the interested scholars and students are welcomed to participate in this international forum, including lectures, Qs&As. The forum shall be held at the Southwest Jiaotong University, between November 5-6, 2013 (registration on November 4, 2013). For all participants, there shall be no registration fees or any other charges from the organizer. However, in order for the organizer to reserve your seats, all the participants are requested to register (free of charge) in advance. Besides, all the participants should be responsible for their own travel, hotel, food and related cost.
