Economic recession triggered by fiscal crisis in European Union has spread out all over the world. Every country has struggled to get over the economic difficulties with a variety of economy-stimulating measures. The economic measures are considerably different from country to country according to the economic circumstance. To share the economic policies by different countries and get some lessons from various economic experiences of policies, the School of Economics, collaboration with Ritsumeikan University of Japan, Pusan National University of Korea, and National Institute of Development Administration of Thailand (NIDA) will host the 8th RICA conference on November 30- December 1, 2013, at the Jinan University, focusing on the sustainable development of regional economic and financial cooperation in Asia:
