The 13th World Congress on Intelligent Control and Automation (WCICA 2018) will be held in Changsha China, July 4-8, 2018. WCICA 2018 is technically sponsored by IEEE Control Systems Society, IEEE Robotics and Automation Society, National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Chinese Association of Automation, and the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
