活动简介

The international workshop on UV materials and devices (IWUMD-2017) will be held on November 14-18, 2017, at Centennial Hall Kyushu University School of Medicine, Fukuoka, Japan. It follows the first conference held on July 27-31, 2016 at Peking University, Beijing, China. The conference will focus on deep discussion of growth, physics and devices on Ultraviolet (UV) materials including AlN, BN, Ga2O3 and so on. The workshop will feature invited, oral and poster sessions. We hope this conference offers an opportunity for exchanging ideas and enjoying constructive discussion by focusing on UV materials and devices.

The authors are requested to submit abstracts using the submission form. Please refer to the detailed information in the abstract template. The authors are encouraged to submit a camera-ready abstract (A4-size with 25 mm margins on all sides) in a PDF format by August 5, 2017. The abstract must be completed within 1 page and may include figures, tables, and references, if necessary.
