The International Conference on Network and Service Management (CNSM) is the premier annual single-track conference in the general area of network and service management. CNSM is a highly-selective venue for presenting and discussing the latest innovations, results and developments in managing networks, pervasive systems, enterprise and cloud environments, that is attended by foremost experts in this area from academia and industry. The main single-track technical program is usually complemented by workshops, keynote speeches, a distinguished experts panel session and poster sessions. The 13th International Conference on Network and Service Management (CNSM) is inviting authors to submit original contributions in the network and service management research area. CNSM 2017 is a selective single-track conference, covering all aspects of the management of networks and services, pervasive systems, enterprises, and cloud computing environments. Authors are invited to submit original contributions that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. Papers should be prepared using the 2-column conference style and are limited to 8 pages excluding references (full papers) or 4 pages excluding references (short papers). They have to be submitted electronically in PDF format through EDAS. Papers exceeding page limits, multiple submissions, and self-plagiarized papers will be rejected without further review. All other papers will sustain a thorough single-blind review process, followed by a rebuttal phase.
