IConDA 2017 is now accepting manuscript on original works that are solicited from prospective authors. All papers will be blind-reviewed by at least two independent reviewers and the authors will be notified of the acceptance via email. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE for inclusion in IEEExplore.
