The Constant Speed Control of Pump-controlled Motor System Based on Fuzzy PID Algorithm

The fuzzy PID control algorithm that weighting coefficient is simple function is proposed according to the feature of nonlinear output speed wave of pump-controlled motor system for realizing its constant speed control. The analytical expression of fuzzy PID controller is deduced by analyzing its analytical structure. The fuzzy PID controller is designed based on FPGA and the pump-controlled motor system experiment table is set up. The wave of output speed of constant displacement motor is simulated by MATLAB with the speed changing of variable displacement pump and the mutation of the loading of system. The law of the wave of output speed of constant displacement motor is concluded. The experiment proved the realization of constant output speed of the system and steady control performance within complex conditions.
