Information of the power distribution network engineering is a very important part during whole life period management process of the engineering. When every participant party can obtain and use their demanded in-formation conveniently, swiftly and accurately in every stage during the whole life period management process, it can realize maximization of production efficiency of labor property and material under pre-condition avoiding loss caused by wrong and rework. This paper designs the digital information share system in the power distribution network, including the system objective, the system frame, the system management flow and the system share application function etc. This system can realize digital design result of the power distribution network engineering through the whole life period of the power grid engineering, which will provide unique and authoritative data source during whole process of construction and management of the power grid engineering.
