The coal storage under villages of China shows an increasing trend, and the subsidence of mine-out area causes damage to buildings and engineering water conservancy facilities, and endangers people's lives and property. Calculating the grade of damage on the ground building which caused by surface subsidence accurately is of great importance. In this paper, FLAC3D was used to simulate the subsidence caused by mined-out area, and the law of horizontal deformation and vertical settlement in working area were obtained. The damage degree law of buildings in different working areas was obtained by numerical calculation and probability integral method. According to the law of building damage grade,, frame structure and brick-concrete structure should be more proper to reconstruct mining area, which also provided references for the reform of the same type of mining area.
