Study on the Slip Form Paving Construction Based on the Unfavorable Conditions of Raw Materials

Slipform paving construction technology is of great significance to promote the development of Chinese airport construction field, and the main problem is how to achieve slipform paving construction under unfavorable raw materials conditions and find out the influence law of unfavorable raw materials on the slipform paving construction. In this paper, the research shows that the cement content, sand ratio and air entrained agent are the important sensitive factors for smoothly accomplishing slipform paving construction, and the ratio of water to cement is pretty important factor influencing the collapse height of concrete. In the low cement content, it can be achieved through the comprehensive adjustment of sand ratio and air entrained agent. Under the condition of low cement content, low sand ratio and the maximum aggregate size of 40mm, the parameters such as water cement ratio, sand ratio and admixture can be adjusted to reach the requirement of slipform paving construction.
