In the process of typical components quality detection in equipment supervision, there are some problems exist, such as the data format is not unified, and the detection precision is not stable. To solve these problems, information fusion technology is introduced. The concept of information fusion technology is discriminated. The typical technical hierarchy is clear, and they are data level fusion, feature level fusion, decision level fusion. Aiming at typical components quality detection, combining with the characteristics of kinds of components test information, the weighted fusion algorithm, PCA and evidence theory are selected as key technology of information fusion to be analyzed. At last, the program of typical components information fusion quality supervision is analyzed from three levels.
