In the 21st century, enterprise labor costs are rising rapidly. “80s”, “90s” as the main bodies of the new generation have become the main force of human resource in the organization. From the new generation of workers level, this study analyzed the relationship between employees’ risk perception, organizational trust, work values and employment relationship stability. We found that employees' organizational trust mediated the relationship between risk perception and the stability of employment relationship, work values moderated the influence of risk perception on employment relationship stability. These findings provide theoretical guidance for enterprises and employees to seek consensus and scientific decisions.
