摘要
As the power unit of the submersible electric pump system, the submersible permanent magnet motor(SPMM) can operate in high-temperature environments. Typically, submersible motors achieve heat dissipation through a special oil circuit circulation system. However, due to the influence of the viscosity of the lubricating oil, the proportion of oil friction loss in mechanical loss is extremely high, especially more obvious at higher rotational speeds. Therefore, when analyzing the temperature field of SPMM, the oil friction loss cannot be ignored. The oil friction loss and electromagnetic loss of SPMM are significantly affected by temperature. Therefore, to address the issue that the electromagnetic loss and oil friction loss of SPMM are influenced by the temperature rise distribution characteristics of materials, a coupling analysis method of electromagnetic field, temperature field and fluid field is adopted to analyze the temperature rise distribution state of SPMM, effectively improving the calculation accuracy of the temperature field. This provides a reliable guarantee for the safe operation of SPMM.
