摘要
Parameter mismatches in dual three-phase permanent‑magnet synchronous motors (DTP‑PMSMs) can induce harmonic currents and torque pulsations that severely degrade system performance. To mitigate the degradation of model predictive control (MPC) under parameter mismatches, a robust MPC scheme based on cost‑function design is proposed. First, the effects of distinct parameter mismatches on the system’s electrical and mechanical responses are analyzed. Subsequently, a parameter‑sensitivity function is introduced to identify, during voltage selection, the voltage vector with minimal sensitivity to parameter perturbations, thereby enhancing robustness. Furthermore, a virtual‑voltage‑vector technique is incorporated to reduce reliance on weighting‑coefficient tuning and to alleviate the computational burden. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are validated by simulation results, which show effective suppression of the adverse effects caused by parameter mismatches.
