Cancellation/Refund Policy
1. Registrants who submit written cancellation notifications on or beforeDec 5, 2025 will receive a refund. Written notification of cancellations must be
e-mailed to asiancomnet@usssociety.org.
2. Refund requests made before Oct 20, 2025 will be eligible for a 100% refund, less a 5% administrative fee.
3. Refund requests made between Oct 21 and Dec 5, 2025 will be eligible for a 70% refund, less a 5% administrative fee.
4. Any refund request made after Dec 5, 2025 will not be accepted. Please note that the processing fee is non-refundable in all cases.

5. One registration covers only one paper and one attendee. For each additional paper and attendee, a full registration fee should be paid according to the categories mentioned above.
