The necessity for renewable energy and efficiency has increased due to the increase in energy demand and limited resources. Increasing energy demand in seaports makes micro grid design essential for sustainable development. The design of microgrids is crucial to achieving energy interconnection, optimizing energy utilization, and enhancing grid resilience. These technologies improve power system flexibility and op timize seaport operations. Ship loads demonstrate significant volatility and uncertainty. This volatility necessitates a power system capable of flexible response. The design of the seaport microgrid should take into account the characteristics of ship loads to achieve efficient energy management. Fluctuations in ship loads impact the stability of the power system. Ship loads are classified into constant, variable, dynamic, and pulse loads. A seaport microgrid system for ship loads has been built in MATLAB/Simulink to analyze voltage stability. The fluctuation of the 10 kV AC bus voltage for the impact of ship loads, the uncertainty of power generation, and symmetrical faults (LLLG) have been analyzed. The distribution static synchronous compensator (DSTATCOM) has been incorporated into the grid to improve voltage stability, and its role has been analyzed.
