摘  要：边疆地区经济的繁荣发展是建设现代化边防的基础，也是构建一体化国家战略体系和能力的重要组成部分。在大国战略竞争加剧和经济逆全球化的大背景下，陆域边疆地区经济建设与国防建设之间的矛盾性凸显，影响地区经济发展和国家全局的安全和稳定。从一体化国家战略体系和能力的视角看，当前我国边疆地区经济发展仍存在经济基础与国防建设需求不匹配、基础设施水平与现代化边防军事需求不相适应、经济发展内生动力不足等问题；通过加强顶层设计、强化统筹协同、深化军民科技协同创新等措施，能够优化边疆地区产业结构，实现经济治理效能与稳边控边能力同步提升。

Abstract: The economic prosperity and development of border areas is not only the basis for building modern border defense, but also an important part of building an integrated national strategic system and capabilities. In the context of intensified strategic competition among major powers and economic de-globalization, the contradiction between economic construction and national defense construction in land border areas is prominent, affecting regional economic development and the security and stability of the country as a whole. From the perspective of the integrated national strategic system and capacity, there are still some problems in the economic development of China's border areas, such as the mismatch between the economic foundation and the needs of national defense construction, the incompatibility between the level of infrastructure and the military needs of modern frontier defense, and the lack of endogenous power in economic development. By strengthening top-level design, strengthening overall coordination, and deepening collaborative innovation of military and civilian science and technology, we can optimize the industrial structure in border areas, thereby improving the efficiency of economic governance and modern border defense capabilities in border areas.
