Simulation calculation and influence factor analysis of induced voltage of metal sheath of high voltage single core cable

摘要
Due to technical and economic advantages, cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated power cables are increasingly used in cities. Alternating magnetic field will be induced by the current in the cable core, and the cable metal sheath will induce the induced voltage under the action of magnetic field. Higher induced voltage serious threat to operations staff's safety and the normal operation of the cable.Firstly, the induced voltage of metal sheath of single core cable is analytically calculated, and the mutual inductance between sheath and sheath is considered in calculation. Secondly, comparative analysis was conducted based on PSCAD and finite element analysis, the calculation models of induced voltage of single loop and double loop cable metal sheath are established respectively. The induced voltage values under different laying modes, phase spacing, relative permeability and volume conductivity are calculated. Finally, method based on PSCAD and finite element analysis, the cross-interconnection model is established and the induced voltage value is simulated.When the three-phase cable is laid horizontally, the sheath induced voltage is slightly higher than that of the triangle cable. As the spacing increases, the sheath induced voltage increases. Double-loop cable sheath voltage will increase compared to single-loop.In practical laying, a triangle laying can reduce the induced voltage and should reduce the spacing between phases.
