摘要
focusing on the important application needs of pulse power technology in the medical field, a high-resolution point light source experimental device is developed. The device uses the fluctuation of X-ray to carry out the experimental research of phase contrast imaging based on pulse x-ray in soft tissue. The system is mainly composed of pulse power driver, pulse x-ray tube and imaging system. Among them, the pulse x-ray tube is the key component in the system, and its performance determines the output index of the device. According to the characteristics of the system, two kinds of pulse x-ray tubes are developed: cold cathode reflection pulse x-ray tube and hot cathode direct pulse x-ray tube, and the experimental comparison is carried out for the two kinds of pulse x-ray tubes. The experimental results show that when the output voltage of the pulse power driver is 150kV, the pulse width is 100ns, and the rising edge is 30ns, and the photon energy radiated by the cold cathode pulse x-ray tube reaches 15kev, the diameter of the pulse x-ray point light source is less than 100 μ m. The ray is used to obtain the proportional imaging pictures of several organisms.
