摘要
Epoxy resin is widely used in power industry such as composite insulator and transformer casting material because of its excellent electrical insulation performance and designability. At present, a large amount of decommissioned electrical equipment materials is difficult to be recycled.  And traditional incineration and landfill lead to serious resource waste and solid waste pollution. In this paper, zinc acetylacetonate was used as a catalyst to introduce dynamic cross-linked covalent bonds to construct glass-like polymer materials (Vitrimer) to synthesize recyclable epoxy resin castables for the power industry. The basic mechanical and electrical properties of the vitrimer resin system were determined by comprehensive analysis and comparison with conventional epoxy resins. Based on the reversibility of ester exchange, the efficient recycling of resin and cast winding was realized by physical hot pressing and chemical reagent dissolution method, which solves the problem of pollution and recycling difficulties of traditional epoxy resin and provides a new choice direction for friendly electrical materials.
