摘要
This paper first discusses the fault types of high voltage insulation bushings, and analyzes the mechanism of pressure fault. Then, the transient model of fault pressure propagation of high-voltage insulation casing is established. By using the finite element analysis method, the transient pressure distribution that the fault energy increases the internal pressure of the casing is simulated and calculated when the discharge fault occurs inside the casing. Then the research of graphene pressure sensor was carried out, and the graphene pressure sensor based on paper carrier was developed by thermal reduction method. The microscopic morphology of graphene attached to the carrier was observed by scanning electron microscope, and the hole structure of graphene attached to the carrier was large area, which ensured the good performance of the device. The test results show that when the internal pressure of the casing reaches the set threshold pressure, the graphene pressure sensor can stably detect the pressure change and realize the pressure classification alarm. By comparing with the actual pressure value, the accuracy of the graphene pressure sensor developed in this paper is also proved.
