摘要
Flex-route transit is a new type of auxiliary public transportation. It can well adapt to the characteristics of decentralized suburban trip density, and its flexible service model can match the trip characteristics of residents. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the service quality of flex-route transit for improving the public transport system and improving the service quality of suburban public transport in China.
The main structure of the paper is divided into three parts: data survey, the construction of flex-route transit service quality model and case verification. In order to quantify the service quality of flex-route transit, according to its characteristics, on the basis of the reference to the conventional transit service quality evaluation index system and the principle of the indicator selection, this paper firstly establishes an evaluation index system of service quality of flex-route transit, including 12 indicators of six dimensions—safety, convenience, economy, timeliness, punctuality and comfort. Then, the weight of each evaluation index is determined by the passenger questionnaire survey, and two calculation models of service quality are established according to the index importance and satisfaction correlation coefficient respectively. Finally, taking on-campus shuttle bus line as an example, which connects the Jiulonghu Campus of Southeast University to the Metro Line 3. The two models calculate that the service quality scores of the connecting line are 72.29 and 71.10. In addition, the satisfaction survey finds that the shuttle bus can meet the trip needs of teachers and students in the campus. However, there are problems such as no reservation function, long service interval and short service time.
