摘要
Shield tunneling passing by pile foundation is always an unavoidable problem in underground transportation construction. A case was found in the project of Hangzhou Metro Line 1, where a shield tunnel would be constructed near the existing pile foundation of a bridge. It is vital to adopt the grouting reinforcement technology to guarantee the safety during tunnel excavation. In this study, three-dimensional finite element method was carried out to compare and analyze the effect of tunneling on adjacent pile foundation. The results show that the reinforcement effect of deep hole grouting is very obvious, the deformation of pile foundation, bridge structure and soil layer after reinforcement is obviously controlled, and the deep hole grouting has significant effect on the control of horizontal displacement of pile foundation and ground settlement.
