摘要
To analysis the tunnel overbreak and underbreak conditions, this paper proposed a calibration method by comparing practical excavation model and design model by image-based modelling method. Firsty, the image taken scheme in working face was presented, including camera requirements, positioning method, image numbers, etc. Then the modelling process of working face was established using a certain software, and its accuracy was validated by the coordinates of control points. Furthermore, the design date was implemented using BIM or CAD software. Most importantly, the tunnel overbreak and underbreak conditions was determined by comparing the practical model with design model, and the results could be illustrated by cross section of the tunnel in every 0.5 meters, and the whole procedure including image taking, modelling ,and calibration could be done in 40 minutes, which could be applied in tunnel construction projects.
