摘要
Laser displacement sensors are the core components of road detection equipment. In the process of the high-speed movement of the detecting vehicle, the different reflectivity of the pavement material causes the charge coupled device (CCD) of the laser displacement sensor to be saturated, causing the position of the spot to shift, thus causing measurement errors. In order to locate the center of laser spot accurately, three specific spot distribution models are proposed. According to the difference of the number of peaks in the three typical distribution models, three methods for calculating the center position of the main spot are proposed, which are in turn derivative method, distance scaling method and OLS-RBF neural network prediction method. The experimental results show that the position error of the laser spot calculated by the algorithm designed in this paper is less than 5.
