摘要
ABSTRACT The connection section of the freeway exit ramp and the adjacent road on the ground is an important node in the conversion of freeway and ground road traffic. According to a large number of statistics at home and abroad, the accident rate of the exit ramp is about twice that of the entrance ramp.Studying its safe geometric design method is of great significance to improve the traffic circulation efficiency and traffic safety at the expressway exit. In this paper, the factors affecting the safety of the exit ramp are summarized and analyzed. The factors affecting the traffic safety of the exit ramp are evaluated and analyzed, and various safety improvement suggestions are proposed. Studies have shown that the safe geometric design of joints is a simple and practical approach to traffic design. It has certain reference significance to the traffic safety design of various intersections in China.
