摘要
The complexity of urban transportation networks makes it increasingly significant to study the distribution of population movements. Multi-source data from the city perspective provides new thoughts for studying this issue. Based on the dynamic data of Baidu's heat map data, this paper makes a seven-day statistical analysis of the space usage around the subway station in the central city of Xi'an, and builds a real-time spatial use intensity model according to time attributes and the site radius. The disparity characteristics of the spatial use intensity at different time periods, the influence range of the station site on land space nearby, the relationship between the location of the site and the space nearby use intensity are obtained. It provides a new reference based on network dynamic data for land-use planning and the facility layout around other metropolitan subway stations.
