摘要
Public transit priority strategy is a key measure for alleviating urban traffic congestion problem, but current public transit priority is far away from the expected goal. The key reason is that current public transit priority can’t reach the certain priority level which can make traveler to initiative to choose public transit. The reasonable maximum priority level has direct relationship with urban road network interval. The public transit priority level with different urban road network interval is analyzed and the relation model between urban road network interval and public transit priority level is established. The research shows that the larger urban road network interval is, the lower the reasonable maximum public transit priority level is and traveler are more reluctant to choose public transit. The smaller urban road network interval is, the higher the reasonable maximum public transit priority level is and travelers are more willing to prefer to choose public transit. The research significance is that reasonable maximum urban road network interval can be determined from the point of traveler willing to initiative to choose public transit. The research can provide theory basis for determining reasonable interval of new urban road network. Taking an example of Jiaozuo city, the relationship between road network interval and public transit priority level is concretely analyzed. Then the urban land using mode of different road network interval is studied.
