摘要
The current timeliness of railway freight transport and the low profitability of railway enterprises have become the key factors restricting the development of railway freight transport. Reasonable, efficient and economical preparation of the cargo train formation plan to ensure that the traffic flow is delivered to the destination economically and quickly is an important guarantee for improving transportation efficiency and meeting the needs of the transportation market. Based on the existing technology for the preparation of freight train marshalling plans, this paper analyzes the organization and operation of the direct trains departing from the loading site and proposes the operating conditions. For the remaining traffic flow after the direct trains departing from the loading site on a daily basis, this paper shows an income method to improve the efficiency of transportation of traffic and increase the revenue of railways. In addition, for the marshalling plan of the freight train in the technical station, this paper puts forward the hourly cost of the assembly car and the cost of the unit freight car adaptation, and transforms the consumption time in the process of the flow of the car into the specific cost, and establishes the optimization model group of the railway collection and distribution service network, and verifies the accuracy of the model with a small-scale calculation example of CPLEX.
