摘要
The economy and efficiency of transportation should not only be considered in the layout optimization of multimodal transport hub, but also the minimization of its negative impact on the environment, so as to realize the sustainable development of transportation. In order to solve the uncertain number of intermodal transport hubs, the distribution relationship between transport-hubs and non-transport-hubs, and the choice of transport mode, an optimal layout model with the uncertain number of multimodal transport hubs limited by capacity is established. Considering the whole process cost, time and carbon emission of the combined transport goods, highway hub location variables, railway hub location variables, the mode of transportation choice variables and the distribution of the hub and non-hub variables are designed. After conducting problem description and model hypothesis, the structure of cost, time, and greenhouse gas emissions on the path and hub are designed to build transport hub layout optimization model with capacity limitation. NSGA-III algorithm is adopted to calculate the pareto frontier, and the reference points are eliminated according to preference weighting to reduce the number of non-preference reference points. Meanwhile the algorithm is strengthened to search and solve along the preferred direction. In order to solve the problem that the seed solution of crossover mutation in NSGA-III algorithm is randomly selected, a generation mechanism of offspring population is proposed to enhance the crossover between adjacent solutions to enhance the penetration of the algorithm.
