The completion of the urban rail transit brings great changes in the quantity and quality of people stream, greatly improving convenience along its mastery. This paper will make a detailed analysis of the effects of SE LRT Kingsford Station on the urban space development from the aspects of urban renewal, underground space, public space, urban environment and so on.
