摘要
There are various types of ancillary building facilities of highway, including management facilities (management sub-center, toll station, maintenance, highway administration, overloading management, tunnel management, bridge management, and rescue station) and service facilities (parking area and service area), which are distributed on both sides of highways according to the line selection and function requirements of highway; however, because of the concept of "ancillary" and scale, they are completely out of step with the development trend and requirements of the times. In spite of small scale and land area, ancillary building facilities of highway have their own system and consume more resources and energy than urban buildings from building construction, operation and maintenance, demolition, and disposal of building materials. If they aren't designed in a reasonable way, they will emit more carbon dioxide and damage the natural ecological environment along the highway. Since building is a product with a long lifecycle, the study on the carbon emission of buildings needs to explore the characteristics of each stage in the lifecycle of buildings, so as to find out the scheme having the least impact on environment and achieve low energy consumption, low emission, and even zero emission. According to the characteristics of building activities in the full lifecycles of different types of ancillary building facilities of highway, this paper studies how to build a BIM model from design and construction to operation and maintenance of buildings with BIM technology and then establish a full-lifecycle carbon emission model of buildings by using the theory of full-lifecycle assessment, in order to determine the zero-carbon design method for ancillary building facilities of highway.
