ABSTRACT
The insufficient supplying of sharing-bike in some area leads to the difficulty in it's using, to overcome the problem, the sharing-bike companies encourage the users to self-schedule the sharing-bike to the insufficient supplying area with the cash incentives strategy. This study aims to explore the user's acceptability and sensitivity of cash incentives. A questionnaire survey on cash incentives sensitivity of sharing bicycle users was conducted and 520 valid data was collected in Shandong Jianzhu University. Based on extended theory of planned behavior (TPB) model and structural equation model (SEM), the sensitivity of sharing bicycle users to different cash incentives strategies in different cycling environments was measured five constructs including social norms, affordability, perceived green value, physical strength and perceived service as well as five related assumptions were set. Results show that affordability and physical strength are the most significant impact on users' acceptance of scheduling, and greater of cash incentives are more inclined to use sharing-bike with more sensitivity. The research conclusions help the sharing-bike companies to optimize business strategies, reduce operating costs, and improve user's satisfaction and vehicle utilization rate.
