摘要
This study is mainly based on the Jack software to construct a three-dimensional simulation model of the seat and the driver. The human-machine system simulation modeling is carried out. The quantitative analysis method is adopted to change the horizontal distance of the seat H point, the height of the seat, and the backrest. The inclination and the different percentile male and female digital models interact with the car seat to analyze changes in comfort.The results show that the comfort decreases with the increase of the horizontal distance of the H point, but the decreasing trend is relatively gentle; as the seat height increases, the comfort gradually decreases; as the seat back tilt angle increases, The comfort of the human body is not affected by the inclination of the seat. The change trend is relatively flat, and the force on the lower back of the human body has also changed. The initial change is not large. When the inclination increases to 96°, the trend is increasing. Different human bodies have little effect on comfort, but due to the different heights and fats of the human body, there is a certain gap in the lower back of the human body. Finally, using SPSS data analysis software, the relationship between the factors affecting the comfort of the seat and the comfort is obtained, and the regression equation is obtained.
