摘要
With the rapid development of the aging of population in China, more and more attention is paid to the quality of life of the elderly, thus making it increasingly important to conduct the study on travel behavior of the elderly. This paper focuses on the effect of the bus route’s land-use feature on the travel behavior of the elderly. The general spatial autoregressive models of the three bus lines (line 16, 87, 651 in Beijing) were established and the regression analysis was conducted based on the smart card swiping data and the retrieve result of the POI (point of interest) on Baidu Map. Results showed that when a POI of the Green Space and Square Land type is added to the service area of the three bus lines, the trips of the elderly will approximately increase 10, 15, 67 person-times along the line respectively. These figures illustrated that parklands were the main places where the elderly would like to go for daily activities. This can further demonstrate the close relationship between the travel behavior of the elderly and the land-use along the bus lines.
