摘要
Passive safety of automobiles has become an important aspect of traffic accidents nowadays. The main research for the front end of the automobile at home and abroad is to analyze separately from the two aspects of structure and material. This paper proposes a multi-objective optimization method based on agent model, combining material and thickness selection. Firstly, determine the optimized part based on the 100% frontal collision simulation results. Secondly, a multi-objective optimization model of material-structure integration is constructed by combining orthogonal design experiment design. Taking the total mass and energy absorption of the research object as the optimization goal, the B-pillar acceleration and the maximum intrusion of the dash panel are used as constraints, combined with the radial basis agent model and the second-generation non-dominated genetic algorithm for lightweight design, and Pareto is obtained. The results show that the total mass of the front end of the car body is reduced by 11.44%; Energy absorption performance increased by 6.83%.
