摘要
Holiday tourism congestion has severely affected the tourist experience and satisfaction. In order to alleviate the problem of holiday travel and scenic spot congestion, this paper takes holiday tourists as the research object, and explores the congestion coping behavior of tourists on holidays. First, this paper analyzes the influence of personal attributes, travel characteristics and tourism characteristics on tourists' congestion coping behaviors before and during their tour. Second, it draws up a two-step model considering the difference of tourists' travel behavior in response to congestion before travel and during sightseeing. Finally, the paper analyzes the influencing factors and behavioral characteristics of tourists' congestion coping behavior based on questionnaire data. The results show that 40.29% of tourists respond to congestion before they travel, and 25.21% of tourists take steps to avoid congestion during their visit. In the meantime, occupation, information, travel scope, travel mode and other factors have significant impacts on tourists' congestion coping behavior before travel. Besides, family size, number of previous visits, composition of the tourist group, etc., have remarkable impact on tourists' crowded coping behavior during sightseeing. This study can serve as a theoretical basis for the management of holiday scenic spots and the formulation of tourist travel guidance measures.
