摘要
Abstract—Aiming at the difficulty of large-scale new energy consumption and the problems of randomness, volatility and intermittence, a multi-objective optimization model with the largest new energy consumption and the smallest system operation cost is established in this paper. By introducing the hybrid NSGAII-MOPSO algorithm, on the premise of maximizing the consumption of wind power and photovoltaic power, the primary energy consumption of thermal power units is reduced as much as possible, so as to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction. The hybrid algorithm can obtain well distributed and diversified Pareto optimal solutions, and converge to the actual Pareto optimal frontier faster than some existing algorithms. Finally, an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm. The simulation results show that the model can well reduce the operation cost and greatly promote the consumption of wind power and photovoltaic power generation.
