Green, low-carbon and sustainable development has become a global consensus. The development and use of clean energy is a concerted action by all countries in the world to deal with climate change. On September 22, 2020, President Xi Jinping announced at the United Nations General Assembly: "China's carbon dioxide emissions will strive to reach a peak before 2030, and strive to achieve carbon neutrality by 2060", designing a new goal for China's future low-carbon development. Under the "30•60" vision, China's energy is also developing towards a trend of diversification, cleanliness and low carbon. Driven by the energy consumption revolution, the supply revolution, the technological revolution and the institutional revolution, the energy production structure and consumption structure will undergo tremendous adjustments, establishing the main theme of energy green and low-carbon development.
In the context of the development of the new era of energy reform, vigorously developing comprehensive energy services is a key direction for China to build a modern energy economic system and promote high-quality energy development. The transformation and development of energy companies from production-oriented to service-oriented has become a global trend. Integrated energy service is a newly emerging industrial field in recent years. The purpose is to realize the access and efficient application of distributed power sources, and solve a large number of different types of distributed power grid connection and management problems. The development and extension of integrated energy services can fully promote the large-scale integration of distributed power and renewable energy, and realize the management of multiple loads and high-reliability energy supply. All kinds of energy companies started relatively late in exploring the development of integrated energy service business and extending the service to the entire industry chain of the energy industry, but they are showing a strong business transformation development trend.
Integrated energy services belong to the category of industrial services. They not only have shallow needs to facilitate transactions, but also need to combine industry characteristics for deep empowerment. Its unique market characteristics and demand characteristics are an important driving force for its platform-based development. In recent years, driven by the blue ocean market for integrated energy services, as a central product for the cross-border integration of energy and the internet, the integrated energy service platform has made certain progress. However, the construction of an integrated energy service platform at this stage is still in its infancy, facing multiple types of business, large differences in customer needs, diversification of negotiation mechanisms and transaction modes, high requirements for transaction security and real-time services, and difficulty in operating system management and control. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a reasonable and standardized integrated energy service system structure to improve the optimal allocation of integrated energy and the satisfaction of customer needs, and to strengthen the interaction and communication between various energy sources.
With the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous advancement of big data technology, the collection, preprocessing, storage and analysis methods of massive data are gradually improving. With the support of big data technology, building a comprehensive energy service smart management and value-added service platform can dig out more useful data resources, which will help enterprises to manage and supervise the entire process of comprehensive energy service projects. By automatically pushing operational diagnostic analysis reports, companies can have a clear understanding of energy output and energy demand, help managers conduct energy efficiency analysis from a professional perspective, provide operational scheduling strategy optimization suggestions, and improve the level of refined management of the company. At the same time, building a smart energy comprehensive service platform with a new energy system model through "Internet + Smart energy" can effectively solve the problems existing in traditional energy supply methods. The platform can also provide solutions for multiple energy supply, multi-energy synergy and complementary, refined energy operation and maintenance, regional energy networking, and energy production safety, creating a new energy development of "Internet of Things + Smart Energy + Fine Operation and Maintenance + Safe Energy Supply" Format. The platform will realize the safe, efficient, low-carbon and sustainable operation of the energy system.
