This document makes a concrete analysis on the primary connection mode and operation of overhead lines and cables in a certain area, as well as the installation of distribution automation terminals, and points out the defects existing in the current distribution network in a certain place. Based on the actual situation, this paper focuses on the transformation of the grid structure, the configuration of the distribution automation terminal and the hardware construction and function collocation of the distribution automation master station. The general scheme is put forward in three aspects of the construction of electric power communication system, the specific design principles are defined, and the reliability of the intelligent network is analyzed by using simulation software. it provides certain reference value and theoretical support for the construction of intelligent distribution network in a certain area.
