Artificial intelligence and self-driving car industry are developing rapidly in the past decade. This paper aims to analyze the revision of Chinese road traffic law since the beginning of 2021. The paper also researches on the adequate mode design of self-driving car crash algorithms, illustrating the ethical difficulty and deciding the most proper algorithm mode. The driving algorithm calculation mode choice of autonomous driving systems will be critical for the transportation safety and . The behavior of intelligent robots in moral dilemmas can be simulated using a fairly simple value-based model of life, which is attributed by participants to the makers of intelligent operating systems. Adopting the most profitable and economical algorithm mode, all innovative algorithm are searched and the best mode is determined using the digital computation function. The algorithm design mode of this paper is that the weight matrix clustering algorithm should be adopted as the core algorithm mode, regression algorithm, reinforcement algorithm and algorithm as the auxiliary algorithm modes.
