Diagnosis of Open Circuit Fault of Diode Clamped Three-level Inverter Based on GWO-SVM

Aiming at the problem of difficulty in locating open circuit faults of diode-clamped three-level inverters and low fault diagnosis accuracy, this paper proposes an open-circuit fault diagnosis model of diode clamped three-level inverter based on Grey Wolf Optimizer to optimize Support Vector Machine. By studying the law of the output current change of the three-level inverter during normal and open circuit faults, the special diagnosis parameters of the output current are extracted as the characteristic quantities of the model proposed in this paper for the inverter open-circuit fault diagnosis research. Experimental verification shows that compared with the traditional SVM model, the diagnostic model proposed in this paper has higher diagnostic accuracy and smaller relative error, and can effectively realize the open-circuit fault diagnosis of the diode-clamped three-level inverter.
