Quartz crystal is an elastic body with a natural vibration frequency. It can be used as a temperature sensor based on the resonance and thermal sensitivity to temperature when the forced vibration frequency is equal to its own natural frequency. Quartz crystal temperature sensor has high resolution, high linearity and high stability. It is a new type temperature sensor and temperature measuring instrument suitable for medium and low temperature measurement environment. Because it can convert temperature signals into digitized frequency signals, it is widely used in temperature measuring instruments under high-precision environments.

Quartz crystal has anisotropy and piezoelectric effect. When the quartz crystal is cut in the X or Y direction, it has a large temperature coefficient of frequency. Therefore, by designing the cutting angle of the quartz crystal reasonably, the temperature and frequency characteristics can be used to achieve accurate measurement. Temperature requirements.

The quartz tuning fork resonant sensor is one of the quartz crystal temperature sensors. Based on the basic principle that there is a linear relationship between the resonant frequency of the quartz crystal and the temperature, the temperature measurement is realized by detecting the resonant frequency of the quartz tuning fork. Quartz tuning fork resonance temperature sensor has the advantages of high resolution, small size, low cost, low power consumption, strong anti-interference ability, and good stability.
