Harmless and efficient treatment of diseased hog is of great environmental and economic significance. After high temperature and high pressure treatment, effect of substrate concentration on hydrogen production was studied. The characteristics of gas and liquid in the biohydrogen production were analyzed, and the kinetics of biohydrogen production and energy conversion rate were calculated. The maximum cumulative hydrogen production of 86.48 ml was observed at substrate concentration of 11 g / L, and the maximum hydrogen yield of 11.05 mL/g was observed at 5 g/L. The result showed that photo-fermentation biohydrogen production from diseased hog has a good prospect, which is a harmless and efficient way to treat diseased hog.
