Biomass material is rich in cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin, is a kind of natural green sustainable resources, is the main raw material, the photosynthetic organisms to produce hydrogen conversion and utilization of biomass resources is the key to effective breakthrough itself with "depolymerization of resistance barrier", in recent years the use of ionic liquid pretreatment of biomass materials caused wide attention, but the high cost of ionic liquids, strong toxicity .Low eutectic solvents have similar physical and chemical properties to ionic liquids, and are low toxicity and low cost. In this paper, the preparation and the use of low eutectic solvent pretreatment corn cob for the photo-fermentation of biological hydrogen production experiment, to achieve the separation of components and conversion. Taking the removal rate of lignin, retention rate of cellulose, yield of reducing sugar and cumulative hydrogen production as experimental indexes, the BBD model of response surface methodology was used to optimize the experiment. The optimal pretreatment conditions were as follows: temperature 50°, time 12h, liquid-solid ratio 25, when the cumulative hydrogen production was the maximum;1, molar ratio of 6;1. The cumulative hydrogen production was 2.49 times that of untreated, which significantly increased the cumulative hydrogen production, providing a theoretical basis for further bio-hydrogen production by photo-fermentation, and realize the efficient utilization of biomass materials.
