The composite thermodynamic disaster in goaf is one of the most serious disasters in major accidents of coal mines. In the case of deep mining becoming the new normal of future mine mining, there is still a lack of targeted technical methods for the prevention and treatment of such disasters. The rapid identification and effective prevention of such disasters are of great significance to mine safety production.Based on the analysis of the coupling relationship between coal spontaneous combustion and gas disaster in fully mechanized caving goaf and the mechanism of collaborative prevention and control, the relationship between coal spontaneous combustion and gas disaster formation characteristics, occurrence process and prevention and control methods is fully utilized, and a collaborative prevention and control method of composite thermodynamic disaster in goaf in special mining period is proposed : Isolation Technology of Dynamic Pressure Injection.By compiling the extracted porosity distribution data, which are simulated by the distinct-element modeling software Particle Flow Code (PFC), into Fluent using a User Defined Function (UDF),Setting a fixed porosity value in goaf dynamic isolation zone,a dynamic porosity model of goaf is being proposed.The isolation material is injected through the interval between the hydraulic support frames to form a row of discontinuous isolation blocking zones, and the isolation parameters of the field goaf is designed. The numerical simulation and field measurement was carried out to obtain data, and the distribution characteristics of spontaneous combustion ' three zones ' and the gas drainage efficiency of goaf after isolation is verified. The effect of collaborative prevention and control is verified, and the safe production of work is ensured.We provide a new concept and method to identify and collaboratively prevent the combined dynamic disasters of gas and coal spontaneous combustion in goaf, which provides theoretical and technical ideas for the prevention and control of such disasters and guarantees the safe and efficient mining of deep mines.
