Abstract-Excitation system modeling experiment Pushihe hydropower of Liaoning, first pumped storage in northeast region is introduced, through modeling and simulation verification of dynamic test and later the generator no-load condition, it improves performance of power system stability of the excitation system, and gets reliable practical parameter by using identification technology.In order to ensure that AVR can be put into operation safely and stably, we have tested motor no-load characteristics and generator step response of the 4 generating units in Pushihe Pumped Storage Power Station of Liaoning, and then adjust parameters. This article will take the NO.1 unit for example, and introduce the modeling process of PID parameters in the excitation system.
