In the ultra-low emission technology of coal-fired units, MGGH is added to eliminate the phenomenon of "white smoke", Based on the above technical background of eliminating "white smoke", this paper analyzes the problems and deficiencies in actual operation, studies and proposes a new flue gas waste heat recovery system and technology, that is, on the basis of the primary heat exchanger of heat-medium water-coupled condensate, the secondary heat exchanger of flue gas before FGD coupled condensate is added. Combined with the theory, the formula for calculating the critical temperature of white smoke guiding the actual operation is derived. The practical application proves that the system can recover the flue-gas heat in real time and depth, and realize the maximum energy saving and control optimization of ultra-low emission system.
